Skiatook Public Schools is currently accepting application for the position of Enrollment/Child Nutrition Specialist.  The expected start date for this position is February 3, 2025.

 

Location: Skiatook Public Schools Education Services Center

 

Supervisor: Executive Director

 

Contractual Days/Hours: 260 days yearly-Full Time

 

Status: Non-Exempt

 

Position Summary: The Enrollment/Child Nutrition Clerk is responsible for assisting with the overall management of student enrollment and Child Nutrition systems and ensuring Skiatook Public Schools meets all local, state, and federal regulations. The Enrollment/Child Nutrition Clerk will assist in maintaining student data and managing student data reporting and records and assist with the Child Nutrition program. The Enrollment/Child Nutrition Clerk reports to the Executive Director and will engage in frequent collaboration with the Education Service Center staff. 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Education &Experience:

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to speak clearly in a well-modulated voice with good diction. Ability to read, write, and interpret the English language in a variety of forms. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.

 

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

 

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written and oral instructions. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret various technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. The employee will be lifting, bending, and crawling under desks and counters; must lift a minimum of thirty (30) pounds. The employee will be standing and climbing stairs.
